Robert Forster is one of the artists I would like to meet. His music, solo or with The Go-Betweens is extraordinary.
“Definite Limits” by Tom Violence contains a cover of “Is This What You Call Change”, one of Forster’s masterpieces.
I asked Darren to tell me more about their versione of the song.
“Our version has completely different music to the original because I couldn’t work out how to play it properly.” – he said.
Having never been to Sheffield, for the series of covers I’m making for “Definite Limits”, I use various sources. I think the above is a glimpse of the apartments in Hyde Park.
