The first Nicole Kidman record I bought, I bought it by accident, intrigued by the name. I definitely didn’t expect or wanted to hear her singing. It certainly was someone else who was named after her.
Almost 15 years have passed since the first listen to “20 Years And No Girlfriend”. It has been 11 years since the release of “Already Dead” on Almost Halloween Time Records.
I have never ceased to be interested in Nicole Kidman and his productions and finally today I can announce the release of something new.
“Anthology” is 10 years of Nicole Kidman’s bedroom recording project. It started out as a somewhat cathartic escape from depression and anxiety but as he continued to record, he found it to be his projected effort to express a sound of and for the outsider.
Listening to the album, I imagined these enormous tape recorders blending into houses and buildings.
All covers are going to be different, and it’s really possible that I will paint your house.
